LOCATION: 3861 Old Richmond Rd, Bells Corners
WALK-IN CLINIC DATES: Starts 04 March 2024 and ends 29 April 2024.

CLINIC DAYS: Saturdays: 9am – 3:30pm.
Mondays: 1pm – 3:30pm.
Wednesdays: 4pm – 6:30pm.
Fridays: 1pm – 3:30pm.
Closed during Holy Week 25 -31 March 2024
CRITERIA Modest Income and Simple Returns:
• 2023 basic modest income ~$50,000 for couples or ~$40,000 for individuals
• Only individual returns with No business, investment or rental income
TO BRING:
• T5, T4 and other slips including Canada Recovery Benefit and Canada Recovery
Sickness Benefit
• Public transit passes or receipts
• Social insurance number and identification – name and address
• 2022 Notice of assessment
• Rent record
• Statement of Child benefit slips
This clinic will use EFILE to transmit return to CRA.
This clinic will not save any information and can print summary of the return.
There is no fee nor are donations accepted for this service
